Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during major product releases, holidays, or promotional events.

Economy Shipping (USPS Standard Envelope)

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage)
- Full tracking included
- Recommended for higher-value singles
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Graded Cards

- Protective packaging and insurance may be added for higher-value items
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Sealed Products
Standard Shipping
- Full tracking included
- Booster boxes and sealed products are packaged in reinforced mailers or boxes
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

Singles
Every single card is shipped in:
- Penny sleeve
- Top loader or semi-rigid holder
- Team bag
- Protective mailer
Graded Cards
Every graded card is shipped in:
- Protective sleeve
- Bubble wrap
- Reinforced box or padded mailer
Sealed Products
All sealed products are shipped in sturdy boxes with protective padding to minimize movement and prevent damage during transit.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Grimm TCG is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, lost, or appears to have been stolen after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

- Photos of the packaging and contents (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
